About
I have been fortunate to have worked in a variety of service industries such as Aged Care, Retail and Commercial Banking, Superannuation and Hospitality.
Whilst in Aged Care, I have led teams to excellence in customer centric care, equipping clients with the understanding of the financial side of aged care along with the clinical side, guiding clients into suitable Aged Care placements.
I have a detailed background in Residential Care, Home Care, and Independent Living along with lived experiences with NDIS.
My business, Aged Care Placements WA, is primarily to guide my clients to access Residential care reducing the stress and complexity and understanding their rights and responsibilities.
Service Overview
You can book an exploratory meeting with me for an hour or so, at my office or I can come to your home, hospital or Transition Care facility (TCP). At this meeting I will explain how Residential Aged Care works and your expected costs. I will explain the next steps to enable you to continue the process on your own.
Alternatively, you can engage me to guide you through the full process, until your loved one enters a care home.
I have helped hundreds of families, directly and indirectly, understand Aged Care and I’d love to help you too.
Process Overview
Contact me to discuss pricing options and services
Initial Contact
During our initial phone conversation, I will explain the overall process, pricing options and schedule a time to physically meet to discuss your circumstances in more detail.
I will also send you a confirmation email explaining the documents needed for our next meeting.
In-Person Meeting
Progressing from our phone call, I will meet with you in person where you can explain your concerns and ideas of where you would like your loved one to be cared for.
At this meeting I will give you an estimate of expected fees that you will be required to make to the facility.
I will equip you with enough information for you to continue your journey without me.
Guided Placement
Should you decide to entrust me with the whole process of placing you or your loved one into care, I will continue to guide and assist you through the process until we find a suitable placement. This includes completing the appropriate forms (government fee assistance and facility application forms), contacting the facility on your behalf and touring the facility with you to ensure it is fit for purpose.
Point of Difference
My passion is helping people understand the complex world of Aged Care. Having experience in both the Aged Care and Financial Services sectors allows me to provide you with the complete picture and help you to understand the Government funding, the Aged Care facility requirements and Income and Asset testing.

Feedback from Clients
Why you should entrust me with your placement.
“Beverley Wright recently assisted with guiding our family through settling my mother into dementia care. Her detailed knowledge helped with navigating the various stakeholders including care home providers, the government and the funding requirements. This made the process quite clear, and advice was provided through a very difficult time, from sourcing a suitable residence, to application and funding applications. Beverley’s experience in navigating the situation was invaluable, and with her warm and compassionate nature, she not only provided help with the process, but also valuable insights into settling in and managing the range of emotions that come with such a challenging time.”

“COVID was a difficult period, we were in a hospital crisis with our Mum, and in desperation, my daughter suggested I ring Bev. That is now over 4 years ago, and what an angel. Bev totally understood the context, the system and she was willing and patient, incredible. Mum lived in a WA State Housing Commission place and was on a pension. Bev developed the expertise to work with stressed families, to advise and look at both the financial, social, and health range of options of aged care. Without the support of Bev, we would have been lost navigating the forms, wording and technical language of the aged care. Bev knows her stuff, and has recently advised another family member in completely different health, financial and social circumstances. Her wise research and advice saved masses of time and funding.”

“Bev Wright is a gem with an invaluable blend of industry knowledge, financial understanding, and compassion. She sorted out what we needed to know, cut to the chase and facilitated a seamless and happy transition for our mother into residential care.”
